Need For Speed Most Wanted

Most WantedIm not much of a fan of mobile gaming. I prefer the Xbox 360 or the PS3 over a mobile console any day so you wont find many games on my smart phone. Ofcourse one needs to have at least a few games on them for those boring moments when 1 is just killing time.

One game which caught my attention goes by the name of Read more »

Sky Wifi Smart Pen

We all use pens and pretty much every day.  Ofcourse our usage differs but at the end of the day the purpose is the same. To write/take notes. How many times has it been that we write something on a piece of paper and lose it? Or we take down notes and then have to digitize them later so we can keep them on our smart phones or laptops to be accessed later.  Read more »

Philips Hue

Phillips has announced (Available from Apple Stores on 31st October)a new light bulb called the Hue. This is not ordinary light for sure. You can use your smartphone to change the color of the light and switch it on or off from anywhere in the world. Sure there are light changing bulbs but believe me none like this.

You can actually pick a color from any photo and have your room light up as that. As mentioned on their website “Use any photo on your phone as a color palette to paint your room with light and bring your memories back to life” .   Read more »

Kindle Vs Ipad Mini

The Ipad Mini was just unveiled by Apple. Lately Apple has become a disappointment somewhat. The Iphone 5 being extremely similar to the Iphone 4S. The Iphone 4S being similar to the Iphone 4, The Ipad 3 being almost identical to the Ipad 4 and now the Ipad Mini………Where has the creativity gone?

The Ipad mini is supposed to be a premium device….or thats what Apple says. In one of my previous reviews, Ipad Mini vs the world, I shared how it would be targeting the likes of Kindle, Nexus etc. Well with the specs that the Mini has, it might target these tablets, but I doubt if it would succeed. Why? Simply because the Ipad Mini just doesn’t have the hardware to compete with such tablets. The worst part is that it still costs more. Lets check out the specs below. Read more »

Windows 8 Pro

Windows 8 is the biggest thing to come out from Microsoft in a long long time. The traditional keyboard and mouse we are all used to is being replaced with touch input. This isnt the only change which has come.

The guys over at Redmond Pie have a fantastic review. If you are like me and are itching to get the latest Windows 8 operating system I’d definitely recommend to check out the review available here.

Ipad Mini Vs the World

Ipad Mini will be targeting the likes of Kindle Fire, Nexus 7, Playbook and such. Now with so much variety one can easily get confused on what to get.

The guys over at imore have a pretty good comparison with other tablets of similar size and specks. It is very useful if you are thinking about going for a 7inch tablet. Check it out here.

Detailed specification of the Ipad mini is over here.

Ipad Mini

Apple today announced the Ipad mini which would be available from the 2nd of November. The few notable differences are, obviously the 7.9 inch display and its smaller size. This makes it 53 percent lighter and 23 percent thinner than the 4th generation Ipad. The resolution isnt all that great at 1024 x 768( 163ppi ) which nowadays isn’t considered much.

The inside has an A5 processor same as the Ipad 2, a 5-megapixel iSight camera, 802.11n Wi-Fi and the new Lightning connector.  Read more »
